1. Introduction and Acceptance

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure. 3. Account Security

Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bd458 supports fast and convenient deposit and withdrawal services for players in Bangladesh. All monetary transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include:

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Welcome bonuses are available exclusively to first-time registered players who have completed identity verification and made their initial qualifying deposit.

6. Prohibited Activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the bd458 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd458 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or exploit any content from the bd458 platform without prior written authorization from bd458.

8. Limitation of Liability

bd458 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bd458 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, though we take industry-standard precautions to maintain uptime and data integrity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd458 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if bd458 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination of Account

bd458 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects or determines that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
